At Helrica Massage Clinic, appointments are intentionally personal, calm and unhurried.
Helena allows up to 2 hours for appointments. This includes your treatment time, consultation, time to slow down, ask questions and simply feel comfortable and supported without being rushed.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE — £60
MENOPAUSE MASSAGE — £65
MLD MASSAGE (MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE) — £65
ALTERNATIVE HAIR CONSULTATION is currently offered free during launch, however this will become a paid service in the future.
JULY & AUGUST LAUNCH OFFER
Clients booking an Oncology Massage or Menopause Massage can also book a separate MLD Massage appointment for half price during July and August.
This offer has been created to allow more people to experience the benefits of MLD alongside their treatment and support journey.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Helena personally responds to all messages herself.
There are no automated systems, call centres or booking teams. Just genuine, personal communication and support from Helena.
Because treatments are tailored individually, Helena will usually speak with clients personally before confirming appointments.
This allows time to understand your needs, answer questions and ensure the treatment feels right for you.
A 50% deposit is payable when booking, please read our Refunds and Cancellation Policy below as Helena understands that life happens and always tries to approach appointments with kindness, flexibility and understanding.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Helena understands that life happens and always tries to approach appointments with kindness, flexibility and understanding.
If you need to move your appointment, Helena will always try to offer alternative dates and times where possible.
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours notice, Helena will usually try to transfer the appointment into another suitable space within her diary within the following 28 days.
This allows flexibility for genuine situations whilst still protecting appointment time within the clinic.
For oncology clients, Helena understands circumstances can sometimes change very quickly due to treatment, fatigue, health or hospital appointments. These situations are always approached with compassion, understanding and flexibility wherever possible.
However, because appointments are reserved personally and often involve long appointment times, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on the clinic.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may not be refundable.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, whether payment is transferred to a new appointment is at Helena's discretion depending on the circumstances.
No-shows or missed appointments without communication are non-refundable.
Helrica Massage Clinic is built around trust, compassion and understanding, not rigid rules or long lists of policies. Helena simply asks for honesty, communication and respect for appointment times.
Comfort and Accessibility
The clinic is based at ground floor level with no steps to navigate.
There is ample free parking available onsite.
A selection of pillows and supports are available during treatments to help you feel comfortable. However, if you have a favourite pillow or cushion, you are very welcome to bring this with you.

HEALTH INFORMATION & CONSULTATION RECORDS
Some treatments offered by Helrica Massage Clinic require the collection of health-related information to ensure treatments are adapted safely and appropriately around your individual needs.
This may include information about:
• medical conditions
• medications
• cancer treatment history
• consultant recommendations
• allergies or sensitivities
• lymphatic or swelling concerns
• other information relevant to your treatment
This information is only collected where necessary and is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
Helena personally manages all consultations and treatment records.
Information is only used to help provide safe, personalised treatment and support.
